TOBY STOVALL Sally Stovall Smith, 71, a resident of Amite, LA, passed away on January 1, 2016 at St. Tammany Hospital in Covington, LA. She was born April 20, 1944 in Philadelphia, MS. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who dearly loved her family and friends.  Mrs. Smith is survived by her son, Ronald Smith and his wife, Paula; her daughter, Jackie Smith Martinez; six grandchildren, Sydnee Smith, Baylee Smith, Ronald Jay Smith, Randall McNabb,  Emma McNabb, and Caitlyn Martinez; one sister, Faye Wright and her husband Deluke; three brothers, Homer Stovall and his wife, Francis, Bennie Stovall, and Prentice Stovall. She is preceded in death by her parents, Otis and Sadie Stovall; her husband, Edward Jay "Rudolph" Smith; two brothers, James Stovall and Joe Stovall.
