DON COOK Mrs. Dean, 67, of Philadelphia, died Sunday, January 4, 2015 at Neshoba County General Hospital. She was born and reared in the East Neshoba community and made her home in Neshoba County most of her life. Survivors include her daughter, Stacey Dempsey (Mike) of Philadelphia; sons, Jamie Kirkpatrick and Donnie Kirkpatrick both of Philadelphia; grandchildren, Alicia Dempsey and Austin Dempsey; sisters, Shirley Buckley of Meridian, Francis Fryery of Meridian, Evelyn Moore of DeKalb, Grace Cannon of DeKalb, Carolyn Copeland of Preston, and Alice Walsh of Hurley; brothers, Edward Petty (Charlotte) of Union, Shelby Anthony (Cynthia) of Philadelphia, Bobby Anthony (Louise) of Philadelphia and Billy Anthony of Philadelphia; and a host of nieces and nephews. Mrs. Dean was preceded in death by her husband, Ervin Dean.Pallbearers were George Livingston, Joey James, Austin Dempsey, Jonathan Nowell, David Anthony, Dylan McFarland, Josh Warren, Tim Vowell and Sam Coleman.
