TONY LINLEYINTERMENT:  MARS HILL CEMETERY WINSTON COUNTY Mr. Deweese, 83, died Wednesday, November 21, 2012 at Anderson Regional Medical Center in Meridian. He was a native and lifelong resident of the Plattsburg community in Winston County.  He was a retired carpet and flooring installer and a farmer.  Mr. Deweese was a member of Mars Hill Baptist Church. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army and served during the Korean Conflict. Survivors include the love of his life, Mary; daughters, Sharon McBreairty (Fred) and Susan Vowell, all of Philadelphia, Stacie Reel (Keith) of Louisville; son, Warren L. Deweese, III (Leanne) of Philadelphia; seven grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Mr. Deweese was preceded in death by his son, Marty L. Deweese and his grandchild, Bailey Leanne Deweese.Pallbearers were Judd Vowell, Justin Vowell, Andrew Reel, Ethan Reel, Zeno Rodriguez and John McKee.
