MIKE SKINNER Mr. Neese, 56, of Union, died Sunday, January 2, 2011 at his mother's residence.   He was born in Dallas, TX and completed high school in Escatawpa, MS.  He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.  He had formerly worked as a welder at Ingalls Shipbuilding on the coast and also worked for Brown and Root Electrical Construction.  Mr. Neese was a member of Linwood Baptist Church.    He was preceded in death by his father, Bill Neese and a nephew, Caleb Neese.   Survivors include his two daughters, Tammy Jaafar of Philadelphia and Lavonia Watkins of Union; 10 grandchildren;  his mother, Katherine Neese; three brothers, Arvis Neese, Tommy Neese and Mike Neese; one sister, Barbara Wallace, all of Union and numerous nieces, nephews and their families.
