A graveside service will be held for Riley Pigg on Thursday, April 29, 2021, at 3:00 p.m. from Laurel Hill Cemetery in Neshoba County with Bro. Daniel Winstead officiating. Visitation will be held at Laurel Hill Baptist Church from 2:00 p.m. until time of service. McClain-Hays Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mr. Pigg, 66, of Philadelphia, died Sunday, April 25, 2021, at his home. He was a longtime resident of the Laurel Hill Community in Neshoba County. He was a retired carpenter and electrician. Mr. Pigg served in the U. S. Army during the Vietnam Era. Survivors include four children, Jason Pigg of Philadelphia, Misty Thornton of Philadelphia, Josh Pigg of Hattiesburg, Jenna Pigg of Philadelphia, and their mother, Priscilla Pigg of Philadelphia; grandchildren, Jewelie Sadler, Jayden Pigg, Jordan Pigg, Sloane Blackstock, Sutton Blackstock, Londyn Pigg, Harley Pigg and Camden Pigg; sister, Angela Fitzhugh of Memphis; brother, Ray Pigg of Edinburg. Mr. Pigg was preceded in death by grandmother, Lucille Pigg; and his parents. Pallbearers are Chuck Pigg, Greg Pigg, Eric Pigg, Brad Pigg, Brett Walton, Rusty Thornton, Shelton Divine. Honorary pallbearer is Dewayne Clair.
