William E. "Bill" Nicholson

  Services for William E. “Bill” Nicholson will be held Monday, August 12 , 2019 at 2 p.m. from McClain-Hays Chapel with Bro. Brett Cooper and Art Rhodes officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Ridge Cemetery. Visitation will be held Monday, August 12, 2019 from 11 a.m. until service time at McClain-Hays Funeral Home. McClain-Hays Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mr. Nicholson, 75, of Union, Ms died Saturday, August 10, 2019. He was a longtime resident of Neshoba County and resided in the Linwood Community.  He was a life-long owner/operator of a trucking company; and loved to travel and fish. He was a proud pawpaw to four grandchildren. Mr. Nicholson attended Rocky Hill Church of God and was a member of the Shriners. Survivors include his wife of 39 years, Nancy McNair Nicholson; daughters, Kimberly Jones, Ashley McLain and Melissa Berry; sons, Eric Nicholson and Todd Berry; grandchildren, Ava Jones, Cole Freeman, Caleb Freeman and Porter Jones; sisters, Jeanie Maddox (Bill) of Fort Smith, AR and Charlinda Anderson (Jimmy) of Philadelphia, Ms; aunts, Pat Herklotz and Janet Gaynor; a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
