Wayne Moulds

Funeral services for Wayne Moulds will be held Thursday, September 9, 2021 at 11 a.m. from McClain-Hays Chapel with Elder Jerry Wilkerson officiating. Burial will follow in Bloomfield Cemetery. Visitation will be held Wednesday, September 8, 2021 from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. at McClain-Hays Funeral Home. McClain-Hays Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mr. Moulds, 68, of Collinsville, died Monday, September 6, 2021. He was a longtime resident of Meridian/Lauderdale County. He retired from the City of Meridian in 2006 where he worked as a truck operator. Mr. Moulds was a member of Woodland Hills Baptist Church in Jackson and attended Harmony Primitive Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Charlene Moulds of Collinsville; daughter, Joy Moulds of Collinsville; sister, Diane Roberson of Meridian; brothers, Richard David Moulds, Sr. of Meridian and Marvin Ellis “Butch” Moulds of Panama City Fla.; several nieces, nephews and their families. Mr. Moulds was preceded in death by his parents, Jesse and Florene Moulds; sister, Anita Ruth Davidson. Pallbearers are David Moulds, James Apperson, Tim Davidson, Michael Davison, Jesse Moulds, Taylor Moulds and Wesley Moulds.
