Vivian Hamilton

Funeral services for Vivian G. Hamilton will be held Saturday, April 16, 2022, at 12 noon from McClain-Hays Chapel with Rev. Mack Alford officiating. Burial will follow in Goodhope Cemetery in Neshoba County. Visitation will be held Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until time of service. McClain-Hays Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Hamilton, 89, of Philadelphia, died Tuesday, April 12, 2022. She was a native and longtime resident of the Goodhope Community in Neshoba County and worked as a piano teacher and beautician for many years. She was a past member of the American Federation of Music. Mrs. Hamilton was a member of Mt. Carmel Baptist Church in the Johnsonville Community. Survivors include son, Sid (Melinda) Hamilton of Carthage, MS; grandchildren, Brooks Hamilton and Heather Jensen; great-grandchildren, Trey, Allison, Kyle, Michael and Luke; nephew, Herman (Ann) Clark, Jr., of Ft. Myers, FL. Preceding Mrs. Hamilton in death were her husband, Elbia Hamilton; parents, Lester and Lizzie Graham; sister, Lorena Clark; and niece, Betty Ann Clark Peden. Pallbearers are Randy Watkins, Jeremy Watkins, Don Ingram, Trey Hamilton, Chris Peden, and Zach Peden.
