Graveside services for Vickey Nance will be held Sunday, July 19, 2020, at 2:00 p.m. from Spring Creek Cemetery in Neshoba County with Rev. James Clardy officiating. Visitation will be held at McClain-Hays Funeral Home from 12:00 noon until time of departure. McClain-Hays Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Ms. Nance, 53, of Philadelphia, died Friday, July 17, 2020, at Hospice Ministries in Ridgeland. Born in Kemper County, she lived in Neshoba County all her life, and was a graduate of Neshoba Central High School. She was a longtime employee of Neshoba General Nursing Home as a CNA. She enjoyed going to the mountains, dearly loved her grandchildren, always had a smile on her face, and would help anyone in need. Ms. Nance was a member of Spring Creek Baptist Church. Survivors include husband, Dennis Ferguson; son, Chance Nance (Mary); daughter, Angela Edwards (Cody); son, Lee Bradshaw (Tonya); grandchildren, Rodney Nance, David Tennyson, Devon Tennyson, Alton Edwards, Bree Underwood, Hunter Edwards, Aaron Sullivan, Josh Bowman, James Bradshaw, and Ayden Bradshaw; great-grandchildren, Jaciey Melton and Liam Melton. Ms. Nance was preceded in death by father, Royce Nance; mother, Nell Nance; and son, David Ferguson. Pallbearers are Cody Ferguson, David Tennyson, Wayne Moore, Josh Bowman, James Bradshaw and Aaron Sullivan.
