Tony Clutts

Memorial services will be held on Saturday, June 1, 2024 at 3:30 p.m. from Bluff Springs Baptist Church (Kemper County) with Regan Robinson officiating. There will be a meal following service at Ron Payne's residence 10039 Hwy 16 West Dekalb, Ms. 39328. Tony Ray Clutts was born December 17, 1968 in Granite City, IL to Sharon Duvall Payne and Larry Clutts. Tony grew up in various places including Illinois, Arizona and later in Mississippi. He attended school in Arizona and had a passion for all animals, loved the outdoors, motorcycles and parties. Survivors include his mother, Sharon Duvall Payne; step-father, Thomas Payne; sister, Tamisha Payne Anderson; nephew, Karsen Anderson; and several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Mr. Clutts was preceded in death by his father, Larry Clutts; grandparents, Christina and Walter Duvall and Eugene and Doris Clutts. In lieu of flowers family requests all memorials be made to Sharon Payne 3246 Hwy 21 Lot 30 Forest, Ms. 39074 to offset funeral cost.
