Services for Thomas Harrison Pou will be held Monday, April 15, 2019, at 11 a. m. from McClain-Hays Chapel with Rev. Marshall Stokes officiating. Burial will follow in Hebron United Methodist Church Cemetery in Waynesboro, MS. Visitation will be held Sunday, April 14, 2019, from 5 p. m. until 8 p. m. at McClain-Hays Funeral Home. McClain-Hays Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mr. Pou, 57, of Philadelphia, died Friday, April 12, 2019, at Baptist Medical Center Leake in Carthage, MS. A native and lifelong resident of Neshoba County, he attended U. S. Air Force Training at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, TX. He was an active member for many years in the Masonic Lodge and Shriners. He was a Master Mason with York & Scottish Rites and a member of Philadelphia Lodge #93 and the Hamasa Shrine. Mr. Pou was a lifetime member of the NRA. He had many loves and passions; history, politics, an avid reader and movie watching. He loved Ronald Reagan, and one of his greatest life memories was seeing Ronald Reagan at the Neshoba County Fair. His lifelong dream was to take a trip to the Reagan Ranch and the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library in Santa Barbara, California. Mr. Pou attended First Presbyterian Church in Philadelphia. Survivors include his mother, Mary Joyce Pou of Philadelphia; brothers, Mike Jerrell (Cheryl) of Philadelphia and Joe Pou of Memphis, TN; sister, Sherry Manning (Jerome) of Philadelphia; niece, Cappi Manning; and nephews, Jessie Lee Jerrell, J. J. Manning, James Louis Manning and Jo Jo Manning. He was preceded in death by his father, Louis Lane Pou, Jr.
