Thomas Edward Todd

Services for Thomas Todd will be held Sunday, February 25, 2018, at 3 p.m. from McClain-Hays Chapel with Rev. Tony Lindley and Rev. Don Cook officiating.  Visitation will begin on Sunday at 1:00 p.m. until service time.  Burial will follow in Mars Hill Cemetery in Winston County.  Mr. Todd, 84, of Philadelphia, died Thursday, February 22, 2018, at his home. He was a native of Winston County and longtime resident of the Mars Hill Community.  He retired from U. S. Motors in Philadelphia. He was a cattle farmer and fox hunter.  Mr. Todd was Christian by faith. He served in the U. S. Army and was a Mason. Survivors include his wife of 64 years, Johnnie Todd of Plattsburg; and daughter, Christy Todd of Flowood. Mr. Todd was preceded in death by parents, Hugh and Elsie Todd; and several brothers and sisters.
