Catherine "Cat" Ferguson

Graveside service for Catherine “Cat” Ferguson  will be held Wednesday, November 21, 2018, at 2 p.m. from Cedarlawn Cemetery in Philadelphia with Rev. Dwight Fleming officiating. Visitation will be held Tuesday, November 20, 2018, from 6 until 8 p.m. at McClain Hays Funeral Home.  McClain-Hays Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Ferguson, 80, of Philadelphia, died Tuesday, November 20, 2018, at her home. She was a native and longtime resident of Neshoba County.  She was owner and operator of “Cats” Beauty Shop.  Mrs. Ferguson was Baptist by faith.  The family would like to express special thanks to Jo Ann Rounsaville, Tiffany Miller, Catina Porter and Chaplain Michael Harper of Quality Hospice Care for their exceptional care and compassion.  Survivors include her husband of 54 years, Lloyd Ferguson of Philadelphia, MS; sister, Til Riddle, nephew, Baron “Brother” Riddle, and niece, Michelle “Sissy” Riddle, all of Tyler, TX; and cousin/best friend, Lou Ella Condra of Ovett, MS. Pallbearers are James Ivy, Ed Condra, Ray Pitts, Joe Holifield, Scott Sullender and Ron Hodges. Honorary pallbearers are Rodney Bell, Harold Moore and Thomas Lilly.
