Services for Sandra Burrell will be held Saturday, February 29, 2020, at 11:00 a. m. from Crossroads Church of God in Sebastopol with Rev. Matt Clark officiating. Burial will follow in Pine Bur Cemetery in Walnut Grove. Visitation will be held Saturday from 9:00 a. m. until time of service at Crossroads Church of God. McClain-Hays Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Ms. Burrell, 53, of Walnut Grove, died Tuesday, February 25, 2020, at her home. A native of Madison County, she lived in Scott County for the past several years. She enjoyed being a caregiver and helping other people. She was a loving mother and grandmother. Ms. Burrell was a member of Crossroads Church of God in Sebastopol. Survivors include daughter, Sandy Davis (Stefan) of Gulfport, MS; sons, Daniel Burrell of Mountain Home, AR; Matthew Burrell (Kristy) of Pocahontas, AR, Carl Burrell (Jessica) of Saucier, MS, Amos Burrell (Kay) of Sebastopol, MS, Randy Burrell of Sebastopol; father, James “Red” Vaughn of Madison, MS; 13 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; sisters, Judy Hogan (Mark), Peggy Vaughn, and Ruby Gray (Larry), all of Florence, MS; brother, James Vaughn of Madison, MS; and a host of nieces and nephews. Ms. Burrell was preceded in death by mother, Barbara Vaughn; and one brother, Kevin Lee Vaughn. Pallbearers are Amos Burrell, Carl Burrell, Matt Burrell, Daniel Burrell, Donald Hipp, and Mark Roberson.
