Robert "Robby" May

Services for Robert “Robby” May will be held Saturday, January 14, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. from McClain-Hays Chapel with Rev. Mike Skinner and Rev. Mitchell McDonald officiating. Burial will follow in Cooks Chapel Cemetery in Neshoba County. Visitation will be on Friday, January 13, 2023, from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. at McClain-Hays Funeral Home. Mr. May, 56, of Philadelphia, died Tuesday, January 10, 2023, at his home. A native and lifelong resident of Neshoba County, he graduated from NCHS in 1984. He worked at CRC for the past several years. He enjoyed building anything, woodcarving, and loved flying drones. He grew up in Cooks Chapel United Methodist Church. Survivors include son, Hayden May of Philadelphia; mother, Linda Sue Roundtree of Philadelphia; sister, Angie (Scott) Skinner of Philadelphia; niece, Jessica Skinner; nephews, Dylan (Breanna) Skinner, Devin (Molly) Skinner; and a host of extended family and friends. Preceded in death by his father James "Tater" May. Pallbearers are Kendall Ingram, Danny Williamson, Devin Skinner, Dylan Skinner, Kenny Barnett, Chad Nelson and Bobby May.
