Funeral services for Ray Mack Partridge will be held Tuesday March 16, 2021 at 11 a.m. from McClain-Hays Chapel with Rev. Mark Cloys officiating. Burial will follow in Cedarlawn Cemetery. Visitation will be held Tuesday, March 16, 2021 from 10 a.m. until service time at McClain-Hays Funeral Home. McClain-Hays is in charge of arrangements. Mr. Partridge, 97, of Philadelphia, died Saturday, March 13, 2021. He was a native of Neshoba County and moved to New Orleans in the 1950’s and was a resident there for 40 plus years. In 1991 he returned home to Neshoba County. He served in the United States Army during WWII. Mr. Partridge was a member of East Philadelphia Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Lilly Partridge of Philadelphia; daughter, April St. Germain (Michael) of Bay St. Louis; sons, Ray Michael Partridge (Charlene) of Slidell, LA; Stewart Wayne Partridge of Baton Rouge, LA, Rickey Partridge of Chalmette, LA and Ronald Paul Partridge of New Orleans; grandchildren, Laticia Angelette (Shane), Whitney Quave (Daniel), Desireè Partridge and several other grandchildren and great-grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews. Mr. Partridge was preceded in death by son, Allan Partridge; parents, Andrew and Lula Belle Partridge; sister, Allie Jean Hartsfield; brothers, Wilber “Bebe”, Fritz, Dewey, O.L. and James Partridge. Pallbearers are Christopher Edwards, Daniel Quave, Nathaniel Edwards, Randy Webb, Harold Anderson and Randy Hearn. The family would like to thank his church family and Sta-Home Hospice for their care and professionalism.
