Randall Alan Moorehead

Mr. Moorehead, 56, of Philadelphia, died Sunday, May 7, 2023 at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center. A private family memorial service was held Tuesday, May 9, 2023 at First Methodist Church of Philadelphia with Rev. Tommy Jennings officiating. Alan was a native and longtime resident of Philadelphia. He graduated from Philadelphia High School in 1984. He was also a graduate of Mississippi State University. Survivors include his mother, Waudine Moorehead of Philadelphia who is currently residing at River Birch Assisted Living Facility in Union, MS. He is also survived by his sons, Garrett Moorehead (Mallory) of Kemper County, MS and Gray Moorehead of Denver, CO and their mother, Gina Myers Moorehead of Philadelphia. Other survivors include three grandchildren, William, Weston, and Walter Moorehead and a sister, Sandra Winstead of Philadelphia. Preceding Mr. Moorehead in death were his father, Marzene Moorehead and his brother, Lamar Moorehead.
