Marc Preston Davison

Marc “Preston” Davison, 40, died at University Hospital in New Orleans, LA on May 1st, 2020. He is survived by his mother Jackie Davison, father Marc Davison, sister Crystal Davison, grandfather Jack O. Keen, aunts; Diane Beech (Tommy), and Regina Nichols (Tim) and cousins; Brent Martin (Ashley), Daphne Calhoun (John), Stephne Ellis (John) and Keely Donahue. Preston was preceded in death by his grandparents Bernice Keen and Lee and Marjorie Davison. Preston was born in Meridian, MS July 17,1979. He graduated from Southeast Lauderdale High School in 1996 and from the University of New Orleans in Louisiana in 2011. Preston was a member of Church of Christ, Scientists, of Louisiana. A loving and devoted son and brother, Preston loved all things related to history. Preston’s college education allowed him to continue to be an advocate for historical preservation and resource conservation. Preston loved the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing. His love for life and determination were two of his most endearing qualities.
