Services will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, October 1, 2022 at McClain-Hays Chapel. Interment will be held in Morrow Cemetery. Rev. Mitchell Graham and Rev. Richard Adams will officiate. Visitation will be held 10:00am until service time on Saturday at McClain-Hays Funeral Service. Paul Edwin Bolls, 64, of Dixon. Born July 4, 1958 in Jackson, MS to Grady Bolls of Crystal Springs and Inez Fortenberry Bolls of Pinola. Paul left this earthly world and entered into the gates of heaven peacefully with his wife by his side. Paul worked in the asphalt construction for over 40 years. He was a hard worker, loving man, cared about his family and farm animals. He enjoyed grilling outdoors, hunting, working in the yard, Nascar and especially Alabama Football “Roll Tide”. He is survived by his wife of 22 years, Melissa Milling Bolls of Dixon, children, Angela (Adam) Reece of Springville, AL, Adam Bolls of Grovetown, GA, Pamela (Kyle) Martin of Springville, AL; stepchildren, Ashleigh Miles of Dixon, Zack (Amanda) Savage of Columbus; grandchildren, Blain, Chaise and Van Stewart of Springville, AL, Parker and Dylan Bolls of Grovetown, GA, Kaitlyn Holt, Ayden and Carson Higgins of Springville, AL, Kristen, Nic and Maverick Miles of Dixon; sister, Sherry Bolls Chappell of Clinton; brothers, Bill (Judy) Bolls and Charlie Bolls both of Brandon; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Words cannot express enough special thanks to Pine Grove Church of God, Dixon, UMMC and Compassus Hospice. He is preceded in death by his parents, Grady and Inez Bolls; niece, Pam Adams; brother in law, Ronnie Chappell; sister in law, Wanda Bolls; son in law, Wesley Stewart. Pallbearers will be Blain Stewart, Chaise Stewart, Adam Bolls, Adam Reece, Kyle Martin and Zack Savage.
