Memorial Service will be held on Thursday July 6, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. from McClain-Hays Funeral Service. Visitation will be held on Thursday July 6, 2023 from 4:00 p.m. until service time. Ms. Stewart, 70 of Philadelphia died Sunday, July 2. “Granny”, as she was known by her grandchildren, loved and encouraged them to be the best they could be. She was one of a kind, tough, yet so tender and loving. She always had a listening ear and took care of everyone else before herself. Her smile and laugh would make anyone’s day. Jesus truly shined through her life. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends. Survivors: Son: Ledale Reynolds and wife Martha of Philadelphia Daughter: Tarah Stewart Henderson of Philadelphia 5 Grandchildren: Eve Thornton and husband Austin of Edinburg, Tori Henderson of Southaven, Cannon Henderson of Philadelphia, Maddie Klobe and husband Matt of Meridian and Bella Reynolds and fiancé Hunter Harpole of Philadelphia 2 Expected Great Grandchildren: Elizabeth Danielle “Lizzy” Harpole and Stewart Michael Thornton 3 Step Grandchildren: Brian Moore and wife Chelsea of Philadelphia, Jacob Moore and wife Tecia of Edinburg and Joshua Moore and wife Rachel of Hickory 7 Step Great Grandchildren: Sam, Brently, Oakleigh, Kye, Jared, Jewelee and Mason 2 Brothers: Don Kilgore and wife Ellen of Philadelphia and Jim Kilgore of Laurel 1 Sister: Nora Burton and husband Joe Wayne of Philadelphia She is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews and extended family and friends. Ms. Stewart was preceded in death by her husband, Frankie Stewart; her parents, Leland and Mary Kilgore; brother, Randy Kilgore and two sisters, Debra Kilgore and Beth Anderson.
