BEN SKIPPER Mrs. Goforth, 90, died Thursday, December 7, 2017, at Forrest General Hospital in Hattiesburg. A native of Hamilton, AL, she was a longtime resident of Neshoba County and resided in Petal, MS,for the past five years. Mrs. Goforth was a member of Antioch Baptist Church. Survivors include her son, Larry Reynolds (Deborah) of Petal, MS; stepdaughter, Dale Reed of Kansas; numerous grandchildren and great-grand children; sisters, Jackie Perrigan of Arkansas and Doris Bowman of Tennessee; sister-in-law, Lou Burleson of Joliet, IL; and a host of nieces and nephews and their families. She was preceded in death by parents, Bedford and Jessie Burleson; husbands, John C. Smith and Hank Goforth; son, Randy Smith; and two stepsons, Roger and Jimmy Smith.
