Mitchell Sterling

Graveside services for Mitchell Staford Sterling will be held Saturday, December 12, 2020, at 3:30 p.m. from Longino Cemetery with Rev. Nick Ulmer officiating. McClain-Hays Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mr. Sterling, 65, of Philadelphia, died Thursday, December 10, 2020. He was a native and longtime resident of Neshoba County and formerly worked for McCarthy-Holman of Jackson and a woodworking company in Union. Mr. Sterling was a member of Longino Baptist Church. Survivors include sister, Judy Woodson (Jerry) of Philadelphia; nephews, Brooks and Shea Woodson. Mr. Sterling was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Carl and Ava Opal Copeland Sterling; sister, Linda Kay Sterling; brother, Robert Kent Sterling.
