Maurice Hines

Services for Maurice Hines will be held Wednesday, August 15, 2018, at 11 a. m. from McClain-Hays Chapel with Bro. David Moore officiating.  Burial will follow in Hopewell Cemetery in Kemper County.  Visitation will be held Tuesday, August 14, 2018, from 5 until 8 p. m. at McClain-Hays Funeral Home.  McClain-Hays Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mr. Hines, 72, of Philadelphia, died Sunday, August 12, 2018, at Regency Hospital in Meridian. He was a longtime resident of the Four Corners community in Neshoba County.  He was a retired logger and formerly worked at City Landfill for several years. Mr. Hines was Baptist by faith. Survivors include daughter, Cynthia Clark (Cully) of Philadelphia; son, Kenny Hines of Philadelphia; two grandchildren, Bradley and Brandon Goodin; several sisters and brothers; and numerous nieces and nephews.
