Francis Mott Tindol

Graveside services for Francis Mott Tindol will be held Friday, May 15, 2020, at 3:00 p. m. from the Snow-Tindol Family Cemetery in Stallo. McClain-Hays Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Tindol, 91, of Philadelphia, died Thursday, May 14, 2020, at Choctaw Residential Center. She was a native of Neshoba County and a longtime resident of Philadelphia, MS. She worked as a cashier for A & P, Sunflower, and Vowell’s in Philadelphia, and for Woolworth in Louisiana. She managed the restaurant at the East Mississippi Livestock Association sale barn for 20 years. Mrs. Tindol was Baptist by faith. Survivors include son, Aaron Dwight Tindol of Philadelphia; two grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Mrs. Tindol was preceded in death by her husband, H. H. Tindol; son, Hilary Dale Tindol; and parents, Lester and MeMe Mott.
