Mable Jean Breland Galloway

Funeral services for Mable Jean Breland Galloway will be held Wednesday, November 22, 2023 at 11 a.m. from Herbert Baptist Church with Rev. Jackie Strebeck, Rev. Justin Chaney and Rev. Steve Robinson officiating. Burial will follow in Herbert Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held Tuesday, November 21, 2023 from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. from McClain-Hays Funeral Home. McClain-Hays Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Ms. Galloway, 73, of Union passed away on November 20, 2023. Ms. Mable was born and raised in Neshoba County and lived her entire life within ½ mile from where she was born and she attended House School. She dearly loved her family and will be missed by all of them. She also loved to cook for her family and friends, loved her pets and gardening. Her home away from home was her vacation home built by her husband and family in the Smokey Mountains. Ms. Galloway was a long time Herbert Baptist Church member. Survivors include daughters, Elizabeth Turnage (Albert) of Silver Creek, MS and Melinda Breazeale (John) of Philadelphia, MS; son, James Galloway (Melissa) of York, S.C.; grandchildren, Peyton Turnage of Silver Creek, MS, Abbey Turnage Wilson (Blade) of Silver Creek, MS, Samantha Tolbert Hoskins (Jihida) of Philadelphia, Colby Breazeale (Rachel) of Tupelo, MS, Christian, Jacob and Noah Galloway of York, S.C.; great-grandchildren, Avery Hoskins; fur babies, Patch & Bonnie; sister, Ruby Kate Barrett (Jethro) of Philadelphia, MS; brother, Jeff Seale (Beth) of Hampton, New Hampshire; several nieces, nephews and their families. Ms. Galloway was preceded in death by husband, Dwight Galloway; parents, Elton Breland and Callie Burnadette Seale. Pallbearers, Peyton Turnage, Abbey Turnage Wilson, Colby Breazeale, Jacob Galloway, Christian Galloway and Noah Galloway.
