Services will be held Sunday, March 23, 2025 at 2pm in McClain-Hays Chapel. Interment will be held in Carolina Cemetery. Visitation will be held at 12 noon until service time on Sunday. Mrs. Linda Dianne Thornton McMillan, age 72, passed away on Friday, March 21, 2025 at her home in Lexington. She was born March 25, 1952 in Pascagoula, Mississippi to the late Winfred and Katie Henry Thornton. She was a retired secretary for Triple M Motors. She was preceded in death by her husband, Mr. Billy Royce McMillan; one son, Roy “Wimpy” Thornton; and two brothers, Paul Thornton and Phillip Thornton. Survivors include her son, Bill McMillan (Kristi); four daughters, Tonya Brown (Frankie), Alicia Williams (Blake), Suzie Stovall (Billy), and Kathy McMillan; brother, Kirby Thornton (Barbara); two sisters, Hilda Hudgins (Tommy) and Carolyn Guidry (John); eleven grandchildren, Austin Ates (Gabby), Haylee Jobe (Seth), MacKenzie Williams, Katelyn Williams, Amanda Jones, Eli McMillan (Molly), Caleb McMillan, Lydia Grace McMillan, Christina Butler (Matt), Clayton Caver, and Claire Brown; and nine great grandchildren.
