Linda Branning

Services will be held Thursday, July 6, 2023 at 11 a.m. from Sandtown Church with Rev. John Branning officiating. Visitation will be held Wednesday, July 5, 2023 from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. at McClain-Hays Funeral Home. Interment will be held at Sandtown Cemetery. Linda Branning, age 83, completed her race of faith on July 1, 2023. Linda was a resident of the Sandtown community and a faithful member of Sandtown United Methodist Church. We celebrate her love of family and friends and rejoice at the reunion that she has experienced with the love of her life Rev. Joe Branning. She was a devoted mother and grandmother leaving behind a legacy through 6 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. She will be missed by all that knew and loved her. She is survived by her children Jo Ann Nicholson (Mark), Stan Branning, Kristi Fox (Jerry) and John Branning (Traci). She was preceded in death by her husband Rev. Joe Branning and parents Albert and Tommie Dear. Pallbearers are Matt Nicholson, Billy Joe Branning II, Aidan Branning, Brayden Nicholson, Jasper Branning, Knox Nicholson, Randy Watkins, and Larry Myers. Honorary Pallbearers are Madison Chunn and Lilly House. In lieu of flowers family requests all memorials be made to Sandtown Church Cemetery Fund
