Funeral services for Leanna Jane Smith will be held Monday, June 28, 2021 at 2 p.m. from McClain-Hays Chapel with Rev. Chris Harrison, Rev. Tommy Anderson and Rev. Doug Thompson officiating. Burial will follow in Bethsaida Cemetery. Visitation will be held Sunday, June 27, 2021 for 4 to 8 p.m. at McClain-Hays Funeral Home. McClain-Hays Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Miss Smith, 31, of Brandon, MS, died Wednesday, June 23, 2021. She was a native of Union, MS. She attended Union High School and received a Bachelor Degree at Belhaven College. She was employed with Central Surgical Associates of Jackson, MS. She loved humor and friends. Miss Smith was Baptist by faith. Survivors include her mother, Sheila Williams Smith of Union; brother, Daniel Smith of Union; several aunts, uncles, cousins and their families. Miss Smith was preceded in death by her father, Roger Smith in 2020; grandparents, Lemuel and Jane Williams and Felton and Louise Smith. Pallbearers are Joe Williams, Dennis Williams, Justin Williams, Doug Thompson, Matt Williams, Blake Hedrick, Nathan Williams and Michael Williams, Seth Gilliand and Adam Gilliand.
