Kenny Ryals

Services for Kenny Ryals will be held Sunday, August 29, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. from McClain-Hays Chapel with Rev. Eric Sharp officiating. Burial will follow in Eastlawn Cemetery. Visitation will be held Sunday from 12 noon until time of service. McClain-Hays Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mr. Ryals, 70, of Philadelphia, died Tuesday, August, 24, 2021, at his home. He was a native of Philadelphia, MS. He retired from Yates Construction Company where he served as purchasing manager. He formerly worked at Nemanco in Philadelphia. Mr. Ryals was Baptist by faith and formerly attended Grace Baptist Church. Survivors include sons, Jason Ryals (Anna) of Olive Branch, Kevin Ryals (Carrie) of Philadelphia; four grandchildren, Ayla and Cooper Ryals, Brittany Woods and Abby Woods; one great-grandchild, Avery Pierce; numerous nieces, nephews, and their families. Preceding Mr. Ryals in death were parents, Homer Ryals and Cressie Ryals Atkinson; sister, Barbara Lewis; and brother, Mike Ryals. In lieu of flowers, family requests memorials may be made to charity of choice.
