Jennifer Thompson Dyess

Jennifer Dyess, 66, passed away at home. A graveside service will be held at Linwood Baptist Church Cemetery on Tuesday September 20, 2022 at 1:00 p.m with Bro. David Richardson officiating. Jennifer enjoyed growing up in Philadelphia where she also met and married her husband and best friend, Tommy. They moved to Jackson where she worked with the State of Mississippi and enjoyed many years of service and many dear friends. She was passionate about her pets and loved a house full of cats and dogs. She found such joy in staying connected with family and friends near and far on social media. She enjoyed cooking, loved flowers and listening to music and was a tremendous Keith Urban fan. Jennifer was preceded in death by her parents, Forest and Eula Thompson and husband, Tommy Dyess. She is survived by her son Barry Dyess and wife Laura; Brother, Gary Thompson and wife Charlene; Niece, Kim Thompson; Nephew, Chris Thompson and wife Amy and their 3 children Andrew, Jacob and Katie and many special in-laws and friends.
