Services for Greg Herrington will be held Thursday, August 1, 2019 at 11 a.m. from McClain-Hays Chapel with Rev. David Richardson officiating.  Burial will follow in Cedarlawn Cemetery.  Visitation will be held Wednesday, July 31, 2019 from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. at McClain-Hays Funeral Home. McClain-Hays Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mr. Herrington , 58, of Philadelphia died Monday, July 29, 2019. He was a native and lifelong resident of Neshoba County.  His favorite hobby was fishing, he loved and enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. He is survived by the love of his life, Carlene McAdory; sisters, Debra Morrow (John), Melanie Jenkins (Scott) all of Philadelphia ; nephews, Chad Morrow and Austin Jenkins of Philadelphia ; great-niece,Taylor Smith and her daughter Izzie of California; Carlene’s daughter, Lacey Gibbs (Justin) of Lake; Carlene’s son, Josh McAdory of Philadelphia; Carlene’s grandchildren, Drew Gibbs, Gage Gibbs and Lilly McAdory, all of whom he loved and considered his own. Preceded in death by his daughter, Dayna Lynn Herrington; parents, Verdell and Neva Herrington; Nephew, Jason Morrow.
