Gary Drake

Graveside services for Gary Drake will held Friday, January 8, 2021 at 11 a.m. from Blackjack Cemetery with Rev. Dennis Duvall officiating. McClain-Hays Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mr. Drake, 68, of Philadelphia died Monday, January 4, 2021 at his residence. He was a native and longtime resident of Neshoba County and was retired from Taylor Machine works in Louisville, MS as a mechanic and served with the Hope Volunteer Fire Department. Mr. Drake was a member of Blackjack Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife of 45 years, Patsy Drake; daughters, Tonya Drake (Bobby May) and Becky Hall (Bobby); grandchildren, James May, Kody Drake, Kady Hull, Maggie Hall and Olivia Hall; sisters, Sheila Land (Mike), Darlene Bryan (Aaron), Debbie Drake and Connie Land (Brad); brothers, Larry Drake and Troy Drake (Virginia); numerous nieces, nephews and their families. Preceded in death by his parents, H.B. and Jackie Drake.
