Elois Gibson

Funeral services for Elois Elizabeth Gibson will be held Thursday, January 11, 2024 at 11 a.m. from McClain-Hays Chapel with Rev. David Richardson officiating. Burial will follow in Cedarlawn Cemetery. Visitation will be held Wednesday, January 10, 2024 from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. at McClain-Hays Funeral Home. Ms. Gibson, 77, of Philadelphia died Friday, January 5, 2024. Elois was a native and longtime resident of Neshoba County. She formerly worked at Chata Development as an Office Manager. Ms. Gibson was a member of New Pleasantdale Baptist Church. Survivors include sons, Shannon Hardy (Angie) of Philadelphia and Todd Gibson (Jessica) of Philadelphia; grandchildren, Hailey Hardy, Savannah Hardy, Hailey Byrd, Braydon Gibson, Lexie Gibson, Paxton Gibson and Amanda Gibson; sister, Maxine Brunson of Brandon; several nieces, nephews and their families. Ms. Gibson was preceded in death by parents, Amos and Bessie Clark; brother, Durwood Clark.
