Graveside services for Dorothy G. Harrison will be held Friday, December 18, 2020, at 11:00 a. m. from the North Bend Methodist Cemetery in Neshoba County with Rev. David Richardson officiating. Visitation will be held Friday from 9:00 a.m. until time of departure at McClain-Hays Funeral Home. McClain-Hays Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Miss Harrison, 87, of Pearl, died Sunday, December 14, 2020, at Brandon Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Brandon, MS. She was a native of Neshoba County and longtime resident of Pearl, MS. She retired from the State Hospital (Whitfield) after 40 years. Miss Harrison was Baptist by faith. She loved flowers and yard work; and worked on the Keep Pearl Beautiful Committee. Survivors include two nieces, Donna (Hugh) Elmore of Mobile, AL, Roma (Gerald) Winstead of Philadelphia, MS; several great-nieces and great-nephews and their families; her neighbors and close friends, Tim and Susan Newton of Pearl, MS. Miss Harrison was preceded in death by her parents, Jim and Fannie Harrison; sisters, Georgia Copeland, Emma Catherine Harrison; brothers, Jimmie Lee Harrison, Edwin J. “Bill” Harrison, Willie Gene Harrison. Pallbearers are Tim Newton, Tim Harrison, Mark Winstead, and Ronnie Ricks.
