Donna Wilson Peden

Graveside services for Donna Wilson Peden will be held Wednesday, October 28, 2020, at 1:00 p.m. from Tucker Cemetery in Kemper County with Rev. Randy Caldwell and Rev. Andy Stanley officiating. Visitation will be held Wednesday at McClain-Hays Funeral Home from 10:30 a.m. until time of departure. McClain-Hays Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Peden, 69, of DeKalb, died Monday, October 26, 2020, at Anderson Regional Medical Center. She was a native and longtime resident of the Tucker Community in Kemper County. She retired as a Quality Engineer from Witco/Richardson Molding in Philadelphia. Mrs. Peden was a member of Clarks Chapel United Methodist Church. Survivors include husband, Danny Peden of DeKalb; daughter, Tammy Adkins (Donnie) of DeKalb; grandchildren, Emily Smith, William Adkins, Brandon McMahan, Kelsey Watkins; eight great-grandchildren; sister, Peggy Stanley of Mobile; and numerous nieces, nephews and families. Mrs. Peden was preceded in death by parents, Rufus and Eddie Mae Wilson; and sister, Jenny Townsend. Pallbearers are Joe Stanley, Mike Luke, Bob Wilson, Kenneth Allen, Mike Wilson and Jerry Fox. In lieu of flowers, family requests memorials be made to a favorite charity.
