Donna Faye Creekmore

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 17, 2022 at Clark's Chapel Cemetery in Kemper County with Bro. Herb Boyles officiating. McClain-Hays Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Creekmore, 72, passed away Thursday, December 15, 2022 at her residence. She was a native and lifelong resident of Kemper County and a graduate from Lynville High School. Mrs. Creekmore worked in retail sales and as an assistant teacher for several years but enjoyed being a home maker the most. She really loved to fish and spend time with her family. Mrs. Creekmore was a member of Clark's Chapel Church in Kemper County. Survivors include her husband of 53 years, Jimmy Creekmore of Preston; daughters, Cindy (Von) Triplett and Veda Fortenberry both of Preston; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; sister, Mary Jane Flake of Shuqualak and a host of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Fenton and Mildred Landrum of Preston; sister Sylvia Barrier.
