Keith Jones

Private family services for Keith Jones will be held Tuesday, August, 4, 2020, at 10:00 a. m. from McClain-Hays Chapel with Dr. J. R. Eaton, Bro. J Clark, and Bro. Cliff Barker officiating. Interment will be held in Vardaman Cemetery in Kemper County. Private family visitation will be held Monday, August 3, 2020, at McClain-Hays Funeral Home. Mr. Jones, 59, of Philadelphia, died Saturday, August 1, 2020, at Rush Foundation Hospital in Meridian. He was raised in the Arlington Community of Neshoba County and was a graduate of NCHS in 1979. Shortly after graduation he married his high school sweetheart, Donna, and they moved to Kemper County where they started their family. He worked with U. S. Motors for a few years before beginning his career as a delivery driver for the milk and bread industries. Mr. Jones was a member and active deacon at Antioch Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife of 41 years, Donna Jones of Philadelphia; daughter, Jami (Josh) Meadows of Philadelphia; sons, Brandon (Lachae) Jones of Sebastopol, Eric (Hailey) Jones of Philadelphia; seven grandchildren, Devin Jones, Brylee Jones, Lydia Meadows, Clark Meadows, Julie Meadows, John Withers, Kooper Jones; mother, Barbara Adcock Jones of Philadelphia; brothers, Doug (Elaine) Jones of Union, Gary (Janice) Jones of Philadelphia, Travis (Cathy) Jones of Georgetown, SC; several nieces and nephews. Mr. Jones was preceded in death by his father, H D Jones; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Kevin and Jean Barker. Pallbearers are Trevor Wells, Tyler Tingle, Darron Smith, Dustin Jones, B. J. Barrett, and Danny Johnson.
