Services for Claudia Crenshaw Smith will be held Friday, September 6, 2019, at 10:00 a. m. at McClain-Hays Chapel with Rev. Austin Bishop and Rev. Chris Vowell officiating. Burial will follow in Morrow Cemetery in Neshoba County. Visitation will be held Thursday, September 5, 2019, from 5 until 8 p.m. at McClain-Hays Funeral Home. McClain-Hays Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Claudia Smith, 64, of Union, died Monday, September 2, 2019, at home. She had been a resident of Dixon since 2002. She was owner/operator of Crenshaw Drapery. Mrs. Smith was a member of First Assembly Of God of Philadelphia and cherished her Sunday school class. She passionately enjoyed sewing. She dearly loved her grandchildren and family, and her dog Sheba. Survivors include husband, Richard (Ricco) Smith, Sr., of Union, MS; daughter, Renee’ Marcum (Gary) of Hagerstown, IN, daughter, Kimberly Martin (Michael) of Collinsville, MS; sons, Joshua Holley (Kelly) of Bradenton, FL, Bryan Holley (Brenda) of Hurley, MS; a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sister, Linda Joyce (John) of Fairhope, AL; and a host of nieces and nephews. Mrs. Smith was preceded in death by son, Ricky Smith, Jr., father, Rudolph Crenshaw; mother, Hilda Crenshaw; two brothers, David Crenshaw and Dennis Crenshaw; and first husband, Richard (Peanut) Holley.
