Byron Higginbotham

Services for Byron Higginbotham will be held Sunday, March 3, 2019, at 2 p.m. from McClain-Hays Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Skinner officiating.  Burial will follow in Eastlawn Cemetery.  Visitation will begin at 1 p.m. Sunday until time of service.  McClain-Hays Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mr. Higginbotham, 57, of Philadelphia, died Thursday, February 27, 2019, at Choctaw Residential Center. He was born in Ft. Campbell, KY, and a resident of the Burnside Community in Neshoba County for most of his life.  He was a graduate of Neshoba Central High School.  Byron was an avid Dallas Cowboy fan, loved country music and enjoyed watching Walker, Texas Ranger.  He was Baptist by faith. Survivors include sisters, Debra Johnson of Rio Rancho, NM, and Denise (Bobby) Butler of Philadelphia, MS; two nieces, Lisa Roskos and Molly Butler.  Mr. Higginbotham was preceded in death by parents, William Lewis “Bill" and Christine Higginbotham.
