Buster H. Moss

Mr. Moss was a native of Attala County. He had worked in the poultry industry for several years. A graveside service for Buster Harold Moss will be held Tuesday, February 23, 2021, at 3:00 p.m. from Shady Grove Cemetery with Rev. Robert Hallman officiating. McClain-Hays Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mr. Moss, 67, of Philadelphia, died Wednesday, February 17, 2021. Survivors include children, Cathy Moss of Scott County, Angela Rodriguez of Leake County, and Joyce Jones of Scott County; stepchildren, Melissa Roberts of Carthage, Christy Roberts, Amanda Manning of Philadelphia and Timothy Roberts of Philadelphia; brother, William Moss of Magee; sister, Joyce Harlos of Attala County and Kathy Kyzar;21 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews. Mr. Moss was preceded in death by wife, Lola J. Moss; mother, Estelle Barnes; and father, Lonnie Harold Moss. Pallbearers are John Jones, Sr., Jeremiah Jones, William Moss, Adam Harlos, Casey Harlos, Enrique Lopez, Jr., and Miguel Hernandez. Honorary pallbearers are Efrain Moss, Christopher Guzman, Kaiden Manning, Robert Manning, Timothy Roberts, and Ronald Hoback.
