Bobbie Jean Rhodes Boswell

Funeral services for Bobbie Jean Rhodes Boswell will be held Saturday, March 1, 2025 at 1 p.m. from McClain-Hays Funeral Home with Bro. David Richardson officiating.  Entombment will follow in the Mt. Carmel Cemetery. Visitation will be held Saturday, March 1, 2025 from 11 a.m. until service time at McClain-Hays.

Mrs. Boswell was born in Neshoba County to Garvis and Jewel Rhodes. She attended Neshoba Central schools. Bobbie was married to Kenneth Boswell for 50 years. She lived in Wyoming for a short while, then moved back to Jackson, MS, where she and her husband owned B&B oil equipment company. She loved crossword puzzles, country music, her pets and traveling with her sisters-in-laws. Her grandson Zachary held a special place in her heart. She was Baptist by faith.

Survivors include daughter, Terrie Booth of Jackson; son, Ken Boswell of Union; grandson, Zachary Booth of Houston, TX; and a host of nieces and nephews and their families

Mrs. Boswell was preceded in death by her parents, Garvis and Jewel Rhodes and her husband, Kenneth Boswell.

Pallbearers are Robert Ezell, Preston Ware, Rob Martin, Jerry Vance, Billy Creel and Zachary Booth.
