Billy Royce Mcmillan

Services for Billy Royce McMillan will be held Monday, April 26, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. from McClain-Hays Chapel with Bro. Mike Jolly officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until time of service. Burial will follow in Carolina Cemetery in Neshoba County. McClain-Hays Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mr. McMillan, 85, of Neshoba County, died Saturday, April 24, 2021, at his home. A native of the Dowdville Community, he was a graduate of Madden High School and a veteran of the U. S. Air Force. He worked as a Parts Manager for all of his working life and retired from Howard-Wilson Chrysler in 2003. During his working career he taught and trained several people, including family, in the automotive parts business. After retirement he moved back to the Dowdville Community in Neshoba County where he enjoyed working outdoors, gardening and cutting grass. He loved being outside. Survivors include his wife of 36 years, Dianne McMillan of Philadelphia; daughters, Suzie Stovall (Billy) of Philadelphia, Kathy McMillan of Brandon, Tonya Brown (Frankie) of Hurley, Alicia Williams (Blake) of Lexington, TN; son, Bill McMillan (Kristi) of Pearl; 11 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; sister, Judy Lay (Larry) of Edinburg; several nieces and nephews. Mr. McMillan was preceded in death by parents, Ross and Nina McMillan. Pallbearers are John Guidry, Billy Stovall, Eli McMillan, Caleb McMillan, Austin Ates, Seth Jobe, Blake Williams, and Larry Lay.
