Billie Joyce Coghlan

Services for Billie Joyce Coghlan will be held Saturday, February 3, 2018, at 11 a. m. from McClain-Hays Chapel with Rev. Steve Craft officiating.  Burial will follow in Tucker Cemetery in Kemper County.  Visitation will be held Friday, February 2, 2018, from 5 until 7 p.m. at McClain-Hays Funeral Home.  Mrs. Coghlan, 83, of Dekalb, died Sunday, January 28, 2018, at Baptist Medical Center in Jackson.  She was a native and longtime resident of Kemper County.  Mrs. Coghlan was a member of The Eastern Star, and a member of Spanish Oak Church in Kemper County.  Survivors include sons, Gerry Coghlan (Nancy) of Preston, Terry Coghlan (Sharon) of Bastrop, TX, and Guy Coghlan (Mary Ann) of Preston; and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.  Mrs. Coghlan was preceded in death by her husband, Orlan Coghlan; parents, George D. and Jannie Hill; brothers, Clinton D. Hill and Boe Hill.
