BILL RAINES  Mrs. Elliott, 88, of Philadelphia, died Friday, November 10, 2017, at Neshoba CountyNursing Home in Philadelphia. She was a native of Cleveland, MS, and longtime resident of the House Communityof Neshoba County. She retired from Neshoba Central School where she had workedin the cafeteria and drove a school bus. Mrs. Elliott was a member of Mount OliveMissionary Baptist Church at House where she served as church clerk for many years.She was former secretary/treasurer of the House Community Center. Survivors include her husband of 65 years, John Elliott of House; daughter, Jewell (Rocky)Parks of Philadelphia, Mary Miles of House, Cheryl Wilkerson (Jerry) of Philadelphia,Karen Manning (Tim) of Mars Hill; six grandchildren, Rick Parks, Chris Stevens, Joni Glenn,Josh Herrington, Jamie Luman and Jessica Barnett; great-grandchildren, Benjamin Parks,Kinlyn Lagraff, Brayden Glenn, Lexi Stevens, Kameron Barrier; Joshlynne Barrier, DaycyBarrier and Parker Herrington; great-great grandchild, Riley Lagraff; sister, Ruby Kemp ofCleveland, MS, and Frances Freidt of Jacksonville, FL; sister-in-law, Ann Frazier of Cleveland, MS,and numerous nieces, nephews and their families. Mrs. Elliott was preceded in death by grandson, Ben Myers; great-grandson, Cal David Parks;sister, Louise Blaylock; and brothers, Walter and John Frazier.
