Alice Faye Thomas

Funeral services for Alice Faye Thomas will be held Monday, November 15, 2021 at 2 p.m. from McClain-Hays Chapel with Rev. Rick Benson officiating. Burial will follow in Cooks Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be held Monday, November 15, 2021 from noon until service time at McClain-Hays Funeral Home. McClain-Hays Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Thomas, 83, of Philadelphia, died Friday, November 12, 2021. She was a native of Noxapater, MS and a longtime resident of the Shady Grove Community of Neshoba County. Faye was a wonderful homemaker and chef. Mrs. Thomas was a member of Mt. Nelson Baptist Church. Survivors include children, Dianne Bozeman (Steve), Scott Thomas (Wendy), Debbie McCaslin (Billy), John Thomas (Lovie); grandchildren, Molly Rhodes, Kerry and Thomas McCaslin, Drew and Morgan Bozeman, Katy Bateman and Harrison Thomas; great-grandchildren, Ella Grace and Forrest Rhodes, Camilla McCaslin, Emma Kate and Par Bateman and William Beckett Thomas; sisters, Reba Coward and Nancy Bateman; brothers, Johnny, Tommy and Jeffrey Coleman. Mrs. Thomas was preceded in death by her husband, Bob Thomas; sister, Wanda Mayerhoff. Pallbearers, Kerry McCaslin, Thomas McCaslin, Drew Bozeman, Morgan Bozeman, Harrison Thomas, Stevens Bateman and Robin Rhodes.
