WAYNE HILL Mrs. Luceil Stephens, 83, died Thursday, September 9, 2010 at Regency Hospital of Meridian.   She made her home in the Deemer Community of Philadelphia most of her life.  Mrs. Stephens was a member of Trinity Baptist Church.   Survivors include daughters, Audine Padgett and her husband, James of Brandon and Glenda Thornton and her husband, Mac of Philadelphia; son, Clifton Stephens and his wife, Kessy of Carthage; seven grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren; sister, Helen Harrison of Meridian; and brother, Bobby Wilson of Meridian.   Mrs. Stephens was preceded in death by her husband, James Carlie Stephens and brother, Billy Wilson.
