CHRIS VOWELL   Mr. Hatcher, 93, died Monday, July 12, 2010 at the Neshoba County Nursing Home.   He was born in Neshoba County where he made his home all of his life. Mr. Hatcher retired from the Mississippi Department of Transportation.  He was a member of the Longino Methodist Church and The Gideon's International of Neshoba County.   Survivors include his wife of 71 years, Mrs. Evelyn Hatcher of Philadelphia; daughter, Jean Henry, and her husband, P. J. of Union; granddaughter, Tanya Thomas and her husband, Bryan of Carthage; grandson, Ryan Henry and his wife, Susan of Meridian; great-granddaughter, Caroline Thomas of Carthage; great-grandson, Parker Thomas of Carthage; sisters, Hazel Price of Pascagoula and Hilda Massey of Lake.   He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Naomi Hatcher; sister, Eva Pierce; brothers, Cleveland Hatcher and Obie Hatcher.
