George Earp

GRAVESIDE SERVICE: SATURDAY, MAY 22, 2010 AT 1 P.M. INTERMENT: BLOOMFIELD CEMETERY  Graveside services for George Earp will be held Saturday, May 22, 2010 at 1 PM at Bloomfield Cemetery in Neshoba County.   Mr. Earp, 82, died Wednesday, May 19, 2010 at MS State Veterans Home in Kosciusko.   He was a native of Tennessee and had lived in Neshoba County for the past 45 years. He owned and operated R & G Drive Inn, formerly Pop's, in Philadelphia for a number of years. He was preceded in death by his wife, Rose Goodin Earp. Survivors include a special niece, Lisa Gurry of Philadelphia; great-nieces, Autumn and August Gurry both of Philadelphia; several other nieces and nephews; sisters-in-law, Betty Butler and her husband, Robert and Mary Ann Mulligan and her husband, Moon, all of Philadelphia; brothers-in-law, Irving Jones of Philadelphia and Buddy Goodin and his wife, Shirley of St. Louis, MO.
