COY MILLERMrs. Alma Christine Bryan, 87, died Saturday, April 3, 2010 at Anderson Regional Medical Center in Meridian.   She was born in Kemper County, lived in the Forestdale Community of Neshoba County but had made her home in the North Bend Community most of her adult life.  Mrs. Bryan was a member of Cooks Chapel United Methodist Church.  She was retired after 36 years from Neshoba County Nursing Home   Survivors include her daughter, Cindy Bryan of Philadelphia; sons, James Bryan and wife, Diane of El Paso, TX, Elton Bryan and wife, Charlotte of Little Rock, MS, Jerrell Bryan and wife, Barbara and Jeff Bryan, all of Philadelphia; nine grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; brother, James Bishop of Philadelphia. She was preceded in death by her husband, Alva Bryan and son, Jason Bryan.   The family requests memorials be made to Cooks Chapel United Methodist Church, 10451 HWY 491 North, Philadelphia, MS  39350.
