CHRIS SHELTONINTERMENT: MORROW CEMETERY Frank lived as a native Jacksonian until his retirement from Big 10 Tire Company in 1992 where he was acting president and Chief Executive Officer. He was a graduate of Central High School in Jackson and had attended Alta Woods Presbyterian Church where he was a deacon and Sunday School Teacher. Following retirement he moved to the Dixon Community of Neshoba County. He worked several years for McClain-Hays Funeral Home and was currently a starter/marshal at Dancing Rabbit Golf Club. He was a member and Elder of Dixon Presbyterian Church where he also taught Sunday School. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy serving during the Korean Conflict aboard the USS RECLAIMER as a radar operator and navy diver. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Helen Stodghill of Philadelphia; daughters, Debbie Lott of Meridian, Donna Spooner and her husband, Wade,of Madison, and Dinah Kennedy and her husband, Jim of Madison; grandchildren, Frank Stodghill Rader, Melissa Hill, Ashley McGlaun, Melissa Ebner, Wesley Spooner, and Kyle Smith; great-grandchildren, Dillon Rader, Braden Rader, Jakob McGlaun, Marley Grace McGlaun, Chandler Welgos, Jaden Ebner, Ashton Espinoza, Camryn Spooner, and Rivers Spooner; sister, Virgie Shea of Orlando, FL; brothers, Dr. John Stodghill of Waynesboro and Gerald Stodghill of Marietta, GA; numerous nieces, nephews and their families; and sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law. He was preceded in death by parents, Charles Ellis and Hattie Stodghill; sisters, Vera Zawidski and Janie Ports; and brothers, Charles Stodghill and George Stodghill.
